WHY FITNESS?

My passsion for fitness has come a long way for me. Starting from struggling and hating it to i like working out alomst everyday for an hour. The reason is because back to 7 & 8th grade i was over weight and was just overall not happy with my feature. I started a journey where i worked out and ate healthy. It was hard but i came long way to achieve my goal.But i did it and it changed my lifestyle not just physically but mentally also. For the near future i want to set a career and major in nutrition and athletic training.
